Terms & Conditions

360 Ascendia provides leadership development, coaching, and organizational performance services as described on our website. Service descriptions, including duration, deliverables, and structure, are provided on the relevant service pages.

All services are delivered by 360 Ascendia personnel or authorized associates. We reserve the right to assign qualified personnel to any engagement without notice, maintaining the standard of service described.

Individual bookings (Level 1 and Level 2) are confirmed upon receipt of full payment through our secure payment gateway. A booking is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

Program bookings (Level 3) may be structured as upfront payment or two equal instalments as agreed at intake. The first instalment must be received before the program commences.

Organizational engagements (Level 4) are invoiced directly under commercial terms agreed in the engagement proposal. No online payment is required at the inquiry stage.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before booking.

All content on the 360 Ascendia website — including text, frameworks, diagrams, tools, and materials — is the intellectual property of 360 Ascendia and is protected by applicable copyright law.

Materials provided to clients during engagements are licensed for the client's personal or organizational use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written consent from 360 Ascendia.

360 Ascendia's services are advisory and developmental in nature. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any coaching or consulting engagement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 360 Ascendia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific engagement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The current version is always posted on this page. Continued use of our services after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
