Payment & Refund Policy

This policy governs all payment transactions for 360 Ascendia services. All amounts are in Rwandan Francs (RWF) unless otherwise stated.

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through our secure payment gateway (KPay Africa, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and PCI-DSS certified):

Mobile Money: MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money (up to 2,000,000 RWF per transaction).

Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (up to 10,000,000 RWF per transaction).

Organizational engagements are invoiced directly and paid by bank transfer or agreed commercial terms. Online payment is not required for Level 4 engagements.

2. Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed through KPay Africa's secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. 360 Ascendia does not store card numbers, CVV codes, mobile money PINs, or any sensitive payment credentials on our systems.

Customers are redirected to KPay's hosted payment page to complete transactions securely.

3. Booking Confirmation

For individual bookings, your session is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your session details and Google Meet link.

If a payment fails, your session slot is not held. You may re-initiate the booking process.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are governed by our Cancellation Policy. In summary: full refunds are available for cancellations made more than 48 hours before a session (less processing fees). No refunds are available for late cancellations or no-shows.

Refunds for technical payment failures (where a client was charged but the booking was not confirmed) will be processed within 3 business days upon verification.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. 360 Ascendia is not responsible for delays by mobile money operators or card issuing banks.

5. Transaction Disputes

If you believe a transaction was processed incorrectly, contact us immediately at info@360ascendia.rw with your booking reference and payment details. We will investigate within 2 business days and, where applicable, initiate a correction or refund.

6. Currency

All prices are quoted and charged in Rwandan Francs (RWF). If you are paying with an international card, your card issuer may apply a foreign currency conversion fee. 360 Ascendia is not responsible for any such fees.

7. Price Changes

360 Ascendia reserves the right to update service pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed and paid.
