Coaching Disclaimer
Last updated: February 25, 2026
This disclaimer defines the nature, scope, and limitations of the coaching and advisory services provided by 360 Ascendia. Please read it carefully before engaging our services.
1. Nature of Coaching
Coaching as provided by 360 Ascendia is a professional development process focused on leadership clarity, performance improvement, and capability building. It is distinct from therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or any form of medical or psychological treatment.
Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing significant psychological distress, trauma, or mental health conditions, we strongly recommend seeking appropriate professional support.
2. Not Professional Advice
While our services draw on frameworks, tools, and professional expertise, nothing communicated in a coaching session constitutes legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.
Clients are responsible for their own decisions. 360 Ascendia does not assume responsibility for any decision made by a client based on discussions in a coaching session.
3. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Coaching and leadership development produce different results for different individuals depending on their commitment, effort, context, and circumstances. 360 Ascendia does not guarantee specific career outcomes, performance improvements, salary changes, or any other results from any coaching engagement.
Success in a coaching engagement is determined by the client's active engagement, willingness to apply insights, and consistency of effort between sessions.
4. Confidentiality
All session content is treated as strictly confidential. 360 Ascendia will not disclose session content to any third party without your written consent, except where required by law.
In organizational engagements where coaching is provided to employees on behalf of an organization, specific confidentiality terms will be outlined in the engagement agreement. Clients in such engagements have the right to understand what, if any, information is reported to their organization.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for attending sessions on time, completing any agreed inter-session tasks, and engaging honestly with the coaching process.
You are responsible for any actions you take or decisions you make as a result of your coaching engagement.
6. Professional Standards
360 Ascendia's coaching practitioners operate in accordance with applicable professional coaching standards and ethical guidelines. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct in all client interactions.
