Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all individual service bookings (Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3). Organizational engagement cancellation terms are governed by the relevant engagement proposal.

1. Rescheduling

You may reschedule a booked session at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time. Rescheduled sessions will be allocated to the next available slot.

Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are treated as late cancellations (see Section 2).

To reschedule, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking reference and preferred new date and time.

2. Cancellations by the Client

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session: full refund, less any payment processing fees incurred.

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled session: 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, or failure to attend (no-show): no refund.

Program bookings (Level 3): If a client withdraws from a program before it commences, a full refund is issued less a 10% administrative fee. Once a program has commenced, no refunds are issued for the portion of the program already delivered. Refunds for the remaining undelivered sessions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Cancellations by 360 Ascendia

In the unlikely event that 360 Ascendia must cancel a session, we will notify the client as soon as possible and reschedule at no additional charge.

If rescheduling is not possible or acceptable, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or mobile money provider.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of documented medical emergency or other serious circumstances, cancellation terms may be waived at the discretion of 360 Ascendia. Requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.
